1997 BMW 728i E38 Prefacelift CBU *WILL PRIORITISE BMW ENTHUSIASTS* Letting our personal beloved 1997 BMW E38 728i CBU go at RM38,500.00 only. Still negotiable. The car has been with us for around 10 years now - bought it back in 2012/2013. Have maintained the car really well and never late for any servicing and everything is original as is, no modifications. No engine conversions, everything is as original if you look up the chassis. We have the full service records and invoices for viewing purposes. The car has been a faithful workhorse and we mainly drive it in our business and family trips to various states around Malaysia. The car drives and handles really well around the corners and cruise impeccably on the highways. We believed that the car was imported by Naza World brand new back in 1997 from UK. If you’re a fan of the James Bond and the Transporter franchise, you may have your chance now to own one of the most reliable variant of the E38. Parts availability for the engine components would still be plenty as BMW shares them with the E39 528i and E36 328i variants. The E38 is still a presentable car for business trips and dinners and it’s the most loved BMW 7 Series. Specs & Details - Single Vanos M52B28 / 193 HP & 280 NM - Engine has been top overhauled (no more oil leaking) - Engine power has been restored - No coolant leak or any overheating issues - Serviced with Mannol Ester 10W-40 - Mileage as not been tweaked : Around 200,000+ km - A/C as cold as the north pole - Blowers / compressor are all working perfectly fine - OBC Computer is working fine - Business Radio / Demister are working fine - Car is still fitted with the original alarm security system and central locking by BMW - Factory fitted with the 8 original BMW Nokia speakers, all in amazing condition. - Original BMW Style 244 17” Rims - Replaced the Xenon with LEDs (6500k) - Have replaced 4 tyres in April 2023 - Rear : 225 / 55 / R17 - Front : 215 / 55 / R17 - Great condition original BMW Beige Metallic Paint from BMW Factory (Never resprayed - have treated and maintained the paint with coatings and polish) - New Front and Rear Sach OEM Absorbers - Every motor is working such as the power windows, electric seats and mirrors. - The car’s handling is very tight around the corners as we have added full set of Ultra Racing handling bars to the car (Front Engine Strut Bar, Bottom Front and Rear Brace Bars) - Steering and interior are all original dated back from 1997 - Headlamps and Taillights are all original, never been replaced - Serviced the gearbox and replaced ATF Oil this year 2023 - Replaced the worn undercarriage covers to Original BMW covers - Nice number plate as well : 1188 (Everyday Prosperous according to the Chinese numbers) - We have the full service records and invoices kept throughout the car’s maintenance. The car has been in our family for many years, watching our children grown up. Brought them on various family trips to Penang, Cameron, Ipoh, Johor, and Thailand in this E38. Will be saddened when this car departs from us as the car did not fail us in our trips and drives.
